It has taken 13 weeks, and started even before the television program took 20 girls in to the competition of BINTM, Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model. The final.

You may never get use to hearing critism, but you need to handle it in the most gracious way.

Only 3 girls remain in the final of BINTM. Britain and Irelands Next Top Model.

Pictured below are the 3 challengers, on the left is Anita, centre is Emma, and on the right is pictured Letitia.

The 3 three girl model's who have been successful enough to reach the final tv program, of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model are;
Anita, who has drastically improved and most people probably counted her out.
Emma, who is totally professional and who we see going on and on and on.
Letitia, who is the girl that, when ever she goes to a job, the people are just jaw dropped.

Now the final bid to become BINTM.

The Britain & Ireland's Next Top Models have their hair and make-up done at the penthouse of the hotel they are staying at, in Toronto, Canada. The girls make-up is a very different dramatic, eye mask look. The they head off to the location of the challenge photoshoot.

Waiting for the BINTM girls is the judges, Elle Macpherson, Julien Macdonald, Tyson Beckford and Whitney Port. They are at a stunning beach location, which is rather rugged looking though beautiful, being in a very natural surrounding. The photographs are to be inspired by Canada's rich history. There is also another to be in the photoshoot, called Cisco, a calm grey horse. Elle Macpherson will assist the BINTM girls in the photo shoot while the other judges will be watching from the side lines. Elle also tells the BINTM girl's that after today's photo-shoot, one of the girls will be sent home, leaving Britain and Irelands next top model.
The photo's are taken by photographer Gabor Jurina, he tell's the BINTM, Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model's that they are to be like a warrior, goddess, princess and strong with it. The weather on the beach is cold and while the judges are wrapped up to stay warm, the model girls are only wearing a thin piece of material, but seem to handle it well.

You can't teach beauty, but you can teach how to model.

All the final girls have proved themselves in this last photoshoot, they are so gorgeous, though which 2 girls will go on with having the chance to win BINTM.
While still on the beach, the judges decide to tell the girls that todays pictures are what matters, and the model's will be judged on today's photo-shoot. It is a difficult decision to make for the judges, they deliberate for quite some time over who is to be sent home, and out of BINTM. The judges will announce to the girls who will be going on further in the competition, and into the final 2 two.
The first girl's name called is Emma, with the second name being Letitia. It is Anita who is out of the competition BINTM, she is upset, gutted but has loved the experience, it has been amazing, she is still determined to make something from modelling.

So only 2 girl model's remain in the competion to become Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model. Elle Macpherson tells the girl models that they will meet tomorrow, for the final challenge of this years BINTM, there will be a catwalk runway challenge from designer brand label Pavoni.

It is the final day, and the morning of the grand catwalk finale, who will be crowned Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model ?
Still in the competition of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model are Letitia and Emma.

The girls make there way to the venue of the show and meet with the show producer, Hans Koechling and show production assistant, Warren Leacock, who both instruct the 2 finalists with what will be required of them, for the show and catwalk. Both the girl's are nervous but can't wait to get on the catwalk. The set is amazing and the dresses stunning. The final BINTM girl's also meet up with Mike Derderian and Gianni Falcone, who are the designers for the fashion label Pavoni, featuring in the catwalk show. The dresses have been picked for the models, and Emma has high glamour and high neck lines while Letitia has revealing busty booby dresses, well they show off her natural women figure. At the rehersal the BINTM girl finalists meet with Jeffery O'Brecht, the backstage manager, who instructs the models about the show, and practice the walk, with smoke machine and hidden steps, think on your toe's.

The girl's are stressed out and excited at the same time. It is time for the final catwalk show of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model. The show venue is packed out, a sell out crowd have attended, with Elle Macpherson, Julien Macdonald, Tyson Beckford and Whitney Port at the end of the runway, in front seat position. The girl models each recieve a warm, cheering welcome when on the catwalk, from the whole audience, whilst the models are shaking like a leaf. Emma's walk is flawless while Letitia has a little trip on one of the stair step, but it is taken in her stride. The Pavoni dresses look really amazing and the girl model's encapsulate the beauty, gorgeously. The BINTM girl's have 3 dresses to wear on to the catwalk, with the final walk being done at the same time as each other. Terrific. The grand finale catwalk show is over and now Emma and Letitia have a long wait for the judges decision, who will be BINTM ?

While the judges deliberate and look at all the photographs which have been taken during the BINTM show. The judges comment on how similar Emma is to Brooke Shields, whilst Letitia mystifies in the looks department.

Being beautiful is one thing, having that star quality, that energy that comes from behind, inside your heart, inside your soul, that is what makes a superstar and that has nothing to do with the way you look, that is just the means of transport.

Which BINTM has the potential to be BINTM ?

The 2 final girl's, Emma and Letitia of BINTM enter into a room with the judges, Elle tells them that they are both beautiful and that they have been fantastic contestants in the competition. Elle tells the girls that the winner of BINTM will be pictured on a large screen in front of them in 10 seconds, the girls take this in and must wait to see who is revealed as the winner.

Tension then relief, happiness and dissappointment, emotions run wild, lives change.

The picture displayed is of Letitia on the beach with horse, Cisco, Letitia is so happy, Emma smiles and holds her head high with the fact that she has second place, although she is absolutely gutted, she is still proud. Letitia is excited and realizes that the prospect of winning the competition is now an actual fact, Letitia is Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model 2012.
