BINTM is an inspirational adventure, never to be forgotten, amazing, prepares models for the real world of modelling, a career platform.

Over the past 8 series Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model, BINTM, has taken it to a whole new level. Thousands of hopeful people, aspiring models apply, and only 103 of those people have actually entered the top model house, and from those only 8 girls have taken the crown of Britain & Ireland's Next Top Model. BINTM.
Who has won, who will win, is winning what matters, we look at winners, are you a winner.
The process is tough with extreme photoshoots and near unbearable pressure, but it is for most of those lucky or talented enough, to enjoy the once in a lifetime opportunity. BINTM.
Britain and Ireland's Next Top Model gives a good insight into the modelling industry. A thick skin is especially important, as being judged and criticised by others is not easy, but to be expected. You may never get use to criticism but always handle it graciously.

In the model house, full of girls, wanting to win the one prize available, sometimes this creates trouble, little things become large confrontations, adrenaline, harsh words and inappropriate actions.
A competative enviroment with arguments over stupid situations.

Another huge part of a model's career is trusting experts to create the best style possibly available, Hair. Hairstylists are very important and some models rock a certain look, which can be a vision by a talented hairdresser, not them all though, so you must trust, the major talented hairstylist, to rock you a style, deserved.
If you have an abundance of hair and the stylist wants to change your style and scalp you then sometimes we have seen this pay off, although not each and every time. Traumatic times.

Below are just some i thought rocked the short from long look.

Series 5, Madeleine Wheatley.

Series 6, Tiffany Pisani.

Series 7 Juste Juozapaityte.

Lots of diversity is needed in the fashion industry, and when taking photographs, new boundaries are found. From photo's taken Underwater,Skyscrapers, Animals, Desert Extreme Heat, Snow Blizzard Cold, these are just a fraction of the situations you may encounter if you think modelling is for you, the client has expectations and innovative idea's for photo-shoots and advert campaign's, and models must adapt well.

Of course, we did not forget the colouring of some hair, the major changes were the brown to orange tango hair-do, although it cerainly created a look, for Roxanne O`Connor, or Roxy as she preferred to be called.

There were other colours which made appearances, among these was probably the most girly colour known to man, woman and hairdresser stylist, the colour, Pink.
Anastasia Bogatirjova wore the pink colour well, below are some pictures of her hair style before and after.
