It is the penultimate of America's Next Top Model : British Invasion, and we will be seeing a recap of the previous shows, and giving an overview of the complete modelling competition that is America's Next Top Model : British Invasion.

 

This episode recaps the previous episodes of this cycle of America's Next Top Model : British Invasion, we will be running through the challenges, photo shoots and dramatic moments, along with never-before-seen or talked about gossip. America's Next Top Model : British Invasion had some previously unaired footage from past episodes, those which includes an impromptu Eboni vs. Sophie rap battle (below left), Mariah's culture (below right), Seymone's breakdown when the Brits gang up on her - was it a sticky situation erm no but i do like this picture of Seymone (below left), Sophie's first time cleaning - a novel way of clearing a dinner table climbing over it (below right), Sophie and Catherine's ninja skills warrior ninja's attack - we know which pictures they are above.

A memorable time was when the modelling contestants had been presented with meal time food, which was an opportunity for both continents to experience foods from the opposing sides country, therefore Americans eat British and British eat American. Anyway, so the american girl model's were given amongst other foodstuff, a Haggis, which is a Scottish type of food, yummy... The models were requested to eat all the food which was on the table for them to gobble up. American model Seymone was the model built to scoff the hearty Scottish grub, nosh, fodder, scran, well done, i would of considered it a treat. Comfort food, from home. How is it made ? I would of liked it more with batter on it like out of a fish & chip shop in Scotland, or maybe alongside some neeps & tatties, that means turnips & potatoes. Proper.

Well with all that talk of food and eating it of course i feel stuffed, just ready now to see which of our cats got the cream, which is just a phrase i am using as the people may be offended if i said, which dog got the biscuit. Enough of the banter and back to the seriousness of America's Next Top Model : British Invasion. 

During the competition the American & British Model contestants posed in all manner of situations from the top of a skyscraper building to the inside of a disused industrial factory unit. America's Next Top Model : British Invasion had the models covered in Maple syrup for one of the photo-shoots and in another the model's were pretending to be childrens play dolls, some of the photo shoots are more difficult like if you are suspended in mid air and are releyimg on your harness, you've still got to work it girlfriend. So as you can see or are now or already are aware that there are factors which when working as a model, you can do little or nothing about, you just have to adapt. For the most part a model must be able to sell the product she is representing, whether it is fashionable clothing or make-up, sound easy enough, but then there is the suroundings and what the client wants in the shot, the client gets. For some people being a model is difficult as they want to give an input into the photograph, but there are professional workers here to do that, and also the clothes which you may be wearing might be uncomfortable and therefore having an effect on the photographers pictures, so as you can see there are lots of factors to take into account, never mind the weather, if it's an outdoors photo shoot, it's not just straight forward, click click, i've got the photograph. In this edition of America's Next Top Model : british Invasion, the models were smokin and vogueing in the rap songs which was one of the weeks tasks. The pictures below show the models which were photographed by the side of cars and also in jars.

The photographs below were taken on the rooftop of a skyscraper building and the girl models had to get acustomed to being tied and attached by harnesses for safety protocol procedures. All done in the cause to attain the award of America's next Top Model : British Invasion.

One of the best model's in the competition in my opinion anyway, was British model Louise Watts who ended her chance of becoming the winner of america's next Top Model : British Invasion because Louise argued with the judges at panel but took the rather some might say extreme action of storming offset and getting so upset that she wanted to leave the competition and be back in my arms, aahh ! Not. But the judges were kind of  cruel to her instead of showing empathy. But as in so many of life's try's sometimes we are meant to say nothing and therefore hide our true feelings although personaly i consider speach and sometimes the things we take for granted we should not, for at least i can talk, although i may not have a job because i spoke. Oh, the ignorance and attitude. Positive Mental Attitude.

Who knows what would of happened had she

been able to button her lip & keep her mouth

shut, if only she could of taken criticism as

most people especially in the modelling

industry need to be able to do.

It is possible to take criticism and use it in

a constructive manner.

Past Top Model.

I really like to watch and read about Next Top Model and i have personal favorites of females models although sometimes it takes time to get to know if there is the quality about the person to become a Top Model. Also in the quest to find the model with ability we witness the all important photo-shoot. Again i have my best or favorite photoshoots, and one special photograph session that springs to mind although not in this cycle or series, and it was when the model's were to be photographed with a sheep, the result was outstanding for many of the models but for myself there was one which left me bleeting. What can i say about the photograph, well, amazing, the landscape, the sky, the sheep, oh...the dress and of course the model, all these attributes give this photo brilliant composition. The Art or Arts.
